Social media and content

Social media is the cheapest way for a brand to stay in touch with people who have already bought — and the most expensive way to fake activity. The difference is whether the content has a reason to exist. A profile posting every week just because it is Monday is obvious at a glance, and stops being read.

01

What we deliver

  • Regular content production including graphics and short video
  • Managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Community management and responding to comments and messages
  • Copywriting for posts, campaigns and the website

  • Paid content amplification, reach and engagement measurement
02

Frequency is not the goal

The most common brief is “we need to post three times a week”. That is a brief about volume, not about outcome — and it produces content made to exist rather than to say something.

Fewer posts worth reading works better. The calendar then stops being padded and leaves room for the things worth doing properly.

03

Comments are part of the service

A brand that publishes and does not reply looks worse than one that does not publish at all. Questions under posts are also a sales opportunity — someone asking about availability is closer to buying than anyone reached by an ad.

So community management is not an add-on but part of the service. Part of it is agreeing what we handle and what belongs to the client — typically complaints and technical questions.

04

Creators are chosen by audience, not by reach

A hundred thousand followers means nothing if the offer does not meet the right people. With smaller creators, engagement tends to be higher, the price lower, and the willingness to do it properly greater.

Partnerships must also be disclosed as advertising — a legal obligation, not a choice. Non-compliance falls on the advertiser, not the creator, so we handle it in the contract.

Frequently asked

Do you take over profiles nobody has managed for a long time?
Yes, it is a common case. We start with a clean-up: recovering access, unifying details and assessing what old content is worth keeping. We rarely recommend deleting and starting over — profile history has value.
How is a creator partnership measured?
With a discount code, a dedicated landing page or a tracked link. Reach and engagement are secondary figures — what matters is how many people came from the creator all the way to a purchase. When that cannot be measured, we say so upfront.
