What data and why
From the inquiry form we process your name, email, and optionally phone, company name, indicative budget and the text of your message. The purpose is to handle your inquiry and reply to you.
The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without this data we cannot reply to you.
Inquiry data is retained for the duration of the discussion and then for three years in case of follow-up. After that it is deleted.
Who receives the data
Form submission is technically handled by Web3Forms, which delivers the message to our email address. The operator of that service acts as a processor.
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.
Website analytics
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors across sites. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own domain, so browsing establishes no connection to third-party servers.

Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing.
Exercise them at info@omniamedia.cz. We respond within one month at the latest.
If you believe our processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
