Performance marketing
Performance campaigns are the fastest way to find out whether an offer holds up on the market. They are also the easiest way to spend money with no effect — you only need to optimise for a metric unrelated to revenue. So we run campaigns against what actually happens after the click.
What we deliver
- Audit of existing accounts and tracking before launch
- Campaign structure driven by margin, not alphabetical order
- Managing Google Ads, Sklik, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and ads in AI assistants
- App campaigns and video advertising on YouTube
- Programmatic buying through RTB — audiences, frequency caps, brand safety
- Connected TV and digital audio for brands without a television budget
- Steering and splitting media budgets across channels and markets
- Monthly reporting in business language — cost per acquisition, return, brand share
Measurement first, campaign second
A campaign launched on top of broken tracking is an expensive experiment in the dark. Before we spend the first koruna, we verify that conversions are counted once, attributed to the right channel, and match what the client sees in their accounts.
For e-commerce that means passing order value and margin. For services it means separating an inquiry, a qualified inquiry and a signed contract — because the gap between them is routinely tenfold.
Automation needs something to feed on
Smart bidding in Google and Meta works well, but only when fed enough quality data. On campaigns with a handful of conversions a month, automation performs worse than manual control, and it is honest to say so upfront.
Where data is insufficient for full automation, we build campaigns that learn gradually — from broader signals toward more precise ones.
Creative is the new targeting
As manual targeting options shrink, creative is what decides performance. The algorithm will find the audience — but it needs enough variants to choose from.
So we prepare campaigns as series of formats and messages and evaluate them as tests, not as individual banners.
Programmatic is the third leg, not a replacement
Buying display and video inventory through RTB makes sense where search and social have hit their ceiling and you need to reach an audience that is not actively looking. It is prospecting and retargeting across the open web.
The condition is watching where the ad actually appeared. Without brand safety settings, frequency caps and viewability reporting, the budget dissolves into placements nobody saw.

Recruitment advertising to strengthen regional teams
A recruitment campaign targeted by the catchment area of each site rather than by administrative region.

- What is the minimum budget that makes sense?
- It depends on the sector and cost per click, but below roughly CZK 20,000 a month it is hard to gather enough data to steer a campaign in competitive sectors. In narrow niches, less can work. We will tell you at the start, not after three months.
- Who owns the ad accounts?
- Always the client. We build campaigns in your accounts, where we have manager access. When the engagement ends, the full history and data stay with you — without it, a new manager would start from zero.
