Local and platform marketing
For a venue, restaurant or clinic, the customer opens a map before the website. What they see there — opening hours, photos, ratings, replies to reviews — decides the visit more than the campaign being paid for. And it is the part of marketing most companies have left untended for years.
What we deliver
- Managing Google Business Profile, including clients with dozens of branches
- Unifying data across branches — hours, photos, categories, services
- Managing and optimising profiles on booking platforms
- Systematic review management and replies
- Local campaigns targeted at a branch’s catchment area
- Measuring visits, directions and calls originating from maps
Reviews are a performance channel
For a venue, the difference between a 4.2 and a 4.6 rating shows up in occupancy measurably and fast. This is not reputation in the abstract — it is the number someone uses to choose between two places on the same street.
So review management is not crisis communication but routine operation: reply to all of them, including the good ones, systematically invite satisfied customers, and where complaints repeat, fix the cause rather than the wording of the reply.
With multiple branches, data hygiene decides
A company with twenty branches usually has twenty profiles in different states: different hours, different categories, photos from 2015 in some, none in others. The customer does not read that as one sloppy branch but as an untrustworthy brand.
Unifying it once is not enough — profiles drift on their own, because branches edit them and Google itself suggests changes. So the service includes regular checks, not just an initial clean-up.
Frequently asked
- Can bad reviews be deleted?
- Only those breaching platform rules — abuse, obvious fabrications, competitor postings. We report those and some do disappear. Legitimate criticism cannot be removed, and frankly should not be: a profile without a single complaint looks suspect. The reply is what makes the difference, not deletion.
