Frequently asked questions

The questions we get most often, including the awkward ones. If your answer is not here, just ask.

01

Working together

How much does working with you cost?
It depends on scope. Managing performance campaigns is typically a monthly retainer from CZK 15,000; one-off jobs such as a measurement implementation, a pricing analysis or a claims review are quoted as a fixed price against the brief. Retail media sometimes adds a share of the advertising budget on top of the retainer, always known upfront and stated in the contract. You get a price after the first consultation, which is free.
Do you have a minimum budget?
We have no hard floor, but for performance campaigns in competitive sectors, below roughly CZK 20,000 in monthly media spend it is hard to gather enough data to steer the campaign. We say so at the start, not after three months. For narrow niches or one-off projects, considerably less can work.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
Always the client. We build campaigns in your accounts, where we hold manager access. When the engagement ends, the full history, data and source files stay with you. Without them a new manager would start from zero and you would lose months of accumulated algorithmic learning.
Do you take over campaigns from another agency?
Yes, it is a common situation. We start with an audit of the existing accounts and tracking — only then do we know what can be kept and what needs rebuilding. Running campaigns with good history are usually left in place, because scrapping them would throw away accumulated data. You get the audit even if you decide not to proceed.
Do you work with clients outside Prague?
Yes. Our office is in Prague-Chodov, but many clients are based in the regions and a share of our projects are regional campaigns specifically. Day-to-day work runs online; for shoots and important meetings we travel to the client.

Results

How soon will we see results?
For performance campaigns, first data within two to three weeks and stable performance after roughly two months — that is what the algorithms need to learn. For content and SEO, first movement in search appears within six to twelve weeks, with stable positions on competitive topics closer to six months. Brand building is measured in quarters, not weeks.
Do you guarantee specific results?
No, and no serious agency does. A campaign result depends on things outside the agency — product price, competition, season, or the sales team’s capacity. What we do guarantee is the method: a budget known upfront, measurement in place before launch, monthly reporting in business language, and a post-buy analysis on media campaigns. Anyone guaranteeing a result usually defines it so they always meet it.
How often and in what form do you report?
Monthly as standard, weekly on larger campaigns. Reports are written in business language — cost per acquisition, return, the split between branded and non-branded search — not as a dump of metrics from the ad platform. They always include what did not work and what we are doing about it.
03

Contract

How long is the commitment and notice period?
For long-term campaign management we usually work on an open-ended contract with one month’s notice. We do not tie clients into long commitments — if the relationship is not working, a twelve-month contract will not fix it. For projects with a large upfront investment, such as an identity or a website, terms follow the schedule.

About the agency

What does being part of OMNIA GROUP mean?
OMNIA GROUP brings together three separate companies: OMNIA MEDIA for performance and digital marketing, OMNIA PRODUCTION for video and photo production, and OMNIA PR for buying media space. For a client it means that when a brief spans more than one discipline, it is handled inside the group — no supplier hunt, and no accountability passed between companies.
