What working with us looks like
None of these phases is original. The difference is that none gets skipped — especially the first and the last, the ones you cannot make money on.
Seven steps
Inquiry and first call
You describe the situation, we ask questions. What interests us most is what you have already tried and why it did not work — it saves a whole round of mistakes. The call is free and non-binding.
Audit of what is running
Before proposing anything we look at existing accounts, tracking and data. Without that, any proposal is a guess. You get the audit even if you decide not to proceed.
Proposed approach and price
You receive scope, schedule and price. For media campaigns, also the budget split by channel. We write down what is not included, so no misunderstandings arise.
Setting up measurement
The first technical step is always measurement. We verify that conversions are counted once, attributed to the right channel, and match what you see in your accounts.
Launch and learning
Campaigns ramp up gradually. The first two to three weeks are data collection, not a period for judging results — and it is honest to say so before the first report goes out.
Reporting and adjustment
Monthly, or weekly on larger campaigns. In business language, not as a metrics dump. It includes what did not work and what we are doing about it.
Post-buy on media
After a media campaign ends we compare plan against reality. Deviations are settled through compensation from the media owner, not silence.
Tell us what you need.
We reply within one business day. The first consultation is free and non-binding.
