In-store marketing and sales support
The point of sale is the last place a decision can be influenced, and often the only place a customer meets the brand physically. It is also where an online campaign most often diverges from what the shopper sees on the shelf — because one is handled by the agency and the other by somebody else.
What we deliver
- Design of POP/POS materials for the point of sale
- Production of stands, wobblers, shelf talkers and leaflets
- Printed materials, including pre-press checks
- Coordinating distribution and installation across branches and chains
- In-store campaigns and sales promotions
- Negotiating and running co-operative activity with chains and trade partners
- An annual activity plan by brand and month, with budget allocation
- Aligning the message between the online campaign and the shelf
The chain sets the dimensions, not the design
Every chain has its own rules: permitted sizes, mounting methods, delivery deadlines to the central warehouse, sometimes an approval round. A design that ignores them never reaches the shop floor — and you find out a week before the promotion starts.
So we begin by establishing what the chain allows, and only then start drawing. It is an unglamorous step that saves the entire production run.
Installation is part of the job, not a detail
Materials sitting in a branch stockroom are worth nothing. For larger networks we therefore also handle who unpacks and mounts them, and how that gets verified — through photo reports from the branches.
Without that part, the campaign looks finished in the spreadsheet and leaves no trace in the shop. It is the most common silent loss in the whole discipline.
Co-operative campaigns are planned a year ahead
Joint activity with a chain — a leaflet slot, secondary display, in-store sampling, a promotional discount — is agreed on an annual cycle with hard deadlines. Whoever signs up late gets what is left.
So the annual plan by brand and month is built in autumn for the whole coming year and drawn down against. It is closer to commercial negotiation than to marketing, and the client gets a spreadsheet, not a deck.

- Do you handle production, or only the design?
- Both. We place production with vetted suppliers and remain accountable for the outcome — the client deals with one contract, not three. If they prefer to arrange production themselves, they get files prepared exactly to their printer’s spec.
